Great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed being close to the skiing resort and the convenience of the ski storage in the basement. The complimentary transport card was a nice bonus as we could visit places we wouldn't have been able to without it.
The staff's response was not helpful in clarifying this issue.

The food was pretty good and the surrounding area was beautiful. We were able to go on some stunning romantic walks in the countryside.
The communication with the staff was terrible. We had some concerns prior to our arrival, but despite sending multiple emails, we received no response. Additionally, the room we were given was not what we had requested and it was not very clean. it was not the romantic escape we were hoping for.
